Registered trademarks have a ten-year restriction term. Keep in mind that if a notice of renewal has not been served, no trademark can be revoked.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #808080;\">Along with the renewal application, the proprietor must pay the necessary renewal fees.
