If it is not mentioned in the JDA, then payment is not required.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Flats given free of charge to society members do not attract GST.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The developer would be liable to charge GST on the saleable part to the extent of units sold.
