- Proprietary food dealers
- Producers and processors of vegetable oil units, including oil expeller units, by the solvent extraction process and by refineries. With an annual turnover of ₹ 12 to ₹ 20 crores.
- All food production units with a daily capacity of not less than 100 kg/litre, including re-packers, up to 2 tonnes.
- All small or medium-sized food companies with either a single or several branches in West Bengal can obtain state FSSAI license registration.
