Checklist PSARA License

Process PSARA License

• Step 1: Organise All the Necessary Documents

• Step 2: Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) With Training Institute

  An applicant must enter into an MoU with the training institute to provide training to its candidates on the home page of https://psara.gov.in/. • Step 3: Filing of the Application

  A PSARA license application (Form-I) must be filed with the respective state authority once all the necessary steps have been completed. Form-II should also be enclosed for verification of the applicant's antecedents. An affidavit must accompany Form-I in Form-III.

• Step 4: Police Verifying

  Verification by the police is the next step. Verification will take place after Form-I has been filed. If the agency is a partnership or a company, the respective directors will also be required to provide police verification.

• Step 5: Licensing of PSARA

  After verifying the application with the NOC from the police, the authority will examine the application and either grant the PSARA License in Form-IV or reject it.
