Central License From the FSSAI Registration

The Central Government announces the license for Central Food. Additionally, FBOs must get a central license for their headquarters and if they conduct business in more than one state. Therefore, businesses with a yearly revenue of more than ₹20 crores are expected to have a central license.
FSSAI State License Registration
The FSSAI state license is still necessary for food business operators working in small to medium-sized enterprises, lodging services, transporters, retailers, marketers, publishers, etc. The state license is granted by the state government, and applicants are restricted to operating their businesses only within that state in order to get one. Therefore, it is frequently used by companies with annual revenues of more than ₹12 lakhs. FBOs may still apply for a state FSSAI license even if their company only makes more than ₹12 lakhs in annual sales but less than ₹20 crore.
