Before you can proceed with the incorporation of a Hong Kong company, the company name must be approved

Also with amendment, each company incorporated in Hong Kong, excluding those listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKSE), will be required to create and maintain a register of all persons who have significant control of the company beginning on 1 March 2018

A minimum of one individual director and an unlimited number of directors are permitted. The director must be a natural person of any nationality who is not a Hong Kong resident

Directors must be at least 18 years old and cannot be bankrupt or convicted of any wrongdoing
